SERIOUSLY, WHERE'S THE SNOW?
After living in the Vail Valley for the past 15 years, fall is the hardest season to say goodbye to. Luckily for me, the excitement of taking turns on that white fluffy stuff under colorado blue skies and enjoying smores and aprés softens the blow. Winter in the Rocky Mountains is such a magical time and I am beyond thankful to be able to live here and experience all that it has to offer with my family. We love to ski, snowmobile, skate, sled and snowshoe pretty much anything and everything to do with the outdoors. But seriously, it's now December and where is the snow? So for now, I'm going to enjoy the warm weather my kids, sneak in a few more bike rides and outdoor runs. Oh, and get in a little retail therapy with Stella Kate at our favorite local stores, Valley Girl and Skipper and Scout.
Weather gods, please o please, bring on the snow!
