WHOLE30 STATE OF MIND - DAY 8
Today my body feels tired and my irritability is through the roof. Why did I think this 30 day cleanse was a good idea? Someone please remind me. Oh yeah, it's because I am addicted to sugar! I've always concidered our house to be one of healthy meals and clean eating but in the past 7 days I've realized we have a lot of room for improvement. Adios Day 8!

Warm-up, Mountian Climber Tabata
( 6 minutes for each rotation )
Wall Balls ( work 30 sec/ rest 30 sec )
Squat with weight ( 10 squats then switch with partner )
Pull-up on TRX ( 10 pull-ups then switch with partner )
Battle Rope ( work 30 sec/ rest 30 sec )
Treadmill ( sprint for 90 sec/ rest for 90 sec )
Row ( work 90 sec/ rest 90 sec )
Treadmill ( run for 6 minutes )
