WHOLE30 STATE OF MIND - DAY3
Stella Kate came with me to my morning workout and kicked ass, she's my sassy little sidekick! Today I am feeling a bit anxious, I'm taking Hudson to Grand Junction for a hockey tournament for the weekend. How am I going to stay on track with food and more likely, how am I not going to have a cocktail? Well, I did it. I made and ate, an Ahi tuna salad before we left for Grand Junction and I packed Whole30 snacks and food for the trip. And... (drumroll) I didn't have a drink at dinner. 3 days down.

WHOLE30 - DAY 3 LUNCH RECIPE
WHOLE30 AHI TUNA & KALE SALAD
INGREDIENTS: Kale salad ( Costco ), 1 orange pepper, 1/2 avacado, ahi tuna, olive oil, 1/2 lemon
DIRECTIONS:
- Kale salad ( Costco premade, no dressing or goodies )
- Chop orange pepper into thin slices
- Cut avacado in half, slice into strips ( save other half )
- Sear tuna on each side for 2-3 minutes over medium heat with 1 tbl of olive oil
- Combine 1-4 together, drizzle olive oil and lemon juice over salad and enjoy!
