My morning was lovely, woke up refreshed and ready for day 2. The littles and I went to our town's outdoor skating rink for a few hours. Then, seemingly out of no where, I felt extremely fatigued, like can't lift a finger fatigue. Fortunately, I was able to take a nap (2 hours). This must be the start of the sugar detox...

WHOLE30 GHEE COFFEE
INGREDIENTS: coffee, 1 tablespoon of ghee
DIRECTIONS:
- Brew your coffee
- Add 1 tablespoon of ghee
- Blend in vitamix until frothy ( 10 seconds )
- Sit down, take a load off and relax
