WHOLE30 STATE OF MIND - DAY 7
Let's talk about sleep and Whole3o for a second. I have always been a good sleeper, take me to a movie and I fall asleep ( ask my husband and kids ). But Whole30 has taken it to a new level of good. For the past 6 nights, I don't think I have moved even an inch. I fall asleep faster, sleep more deeply and I wake more easily. Yippee!!!
WHOLE30 - DAY 7 WORKOUT
Warriors
10 minutes on bike x 4 Rounds
7 minutes of circuit ( 1 minute each ) x 3 Rounds
1. Plank
2. Ab Roller
3. Left leg step-ups with weight
4. Right leg step-up with weight
5. Russian twist with weight
6. Wall sit
7. Squats
WHOLE30 - DAY 7 BREAKFAST RECIPE
FRIED EGGS WITH SAUSAGE & AVOCADO
INGREDIENTS: 2 eggs, whole30 compliant sausage, 1 avocado, 1/2 ghee, salt & pepper
DIRECTIONS:
- Melt ghee over medium-high heat in a large sauté pan and add eggs ( cook on each side for about 1 1/2 minutes ).
- Sauté sausage ( Teton Waters ) for 5 - 7 minutes.
- Slice 1/2 avocado add eggs and sausage and season with salt & pepper to taste.
