WHOLE30 STATE OF MIND - DAY 6
One of the main reasons I wanted to try the Whole3o Challenge was to kick my bad food habbits, funny thing is, the hardest hasn't been the food, it's been the booze. Finally, 6 days in and I didn't miss my glass of pinot nior with dinner. Progress.
All day I was craving red meat, so my sweet hubby made me a Whole30 compliant, hamburger. Yum!
WHOLE30 - DAY 6 WORKOUT
( 5 minutes at each station )
20 Bench Jumps on the minute x 5
10 Burbpees on the mintue x 5
20 Skaters on the minute x 5
( work for 45 seconds and rest for 45 seconds )
10 minutes on treadmill, interval sprints
5 minutes on row machine, interval sprints
10 minutes on treadmill, interval sprints
5 minutes on step up, interval sprints

HAMBURGER WITH SWEET POTATO FRIES & BROCCOLI
INGREDIENTS: 1 lb grass feed ground beef, 2 sweet potatoes, 1 large head of broccoli, 1 avocado, 2 campari tomatoes, olive oil, 1 lemon, salt & pepper
