WHOLE 30 STATE OF MIND - DAY 4
Ok, today is day 4 and I am BLOATED!!! I've read that this is a symptom, but come on, my stomach is the size of when I was 4 months pregnant! Maybe I'm exaggerating, but it feels huge. On the positive side, my kids are asking to join me at the gym ( the family that works out together... ). Hudson and I got home from Grand Junction around 4pm and we hit the gym at 6:30pm. He and Stella Kate 'worked out' while I was tortured by a foam roller in a mobility and recovery class. Holy crap I was sore. Note to self, start stretching! Please o please, pregnant bloated belly be gone tomorrow.
