Still feeling great and my energy level is stable throughout the day ( bye bye to those 2pm energy slumps ). I've traded out my mid morning snack of berries with a grapefruit, they are in season and taste delicious. Not much new to report, but I'm excited for the weekend and to hang with my loves.

2 min assisted pull ups
2 min walk backwards on treadmill
2 min shoulder press
1000m row, spring
2 min plank ( knees to chest with sliders )
Tabata ( 4 min sit ups )
2 min plank ( jacks with legs )
