Finally! I am feeling amazing and not longing for Whole30 to be over, actually, I don't want it to end. The health benefits I'm experiencing are obvious; clear complexion, deep sleep, mental clarity and my clothes fit a little looser. I'm hooked.

WHOLE30 - DAY 20 DINNER RECIPE
SPICY SOUTHWEST STUFFED PEPPERS
INGREDIENTS: Ground Turkey, 1 cup Spinach, 1/2 tsp Ground Pepper, 1/4 tsp Cayenne, 1 tsp Paprika, 1/2 tsp Chili Powder, 1 tsp Garlic, 1/2 tsp Cumin, 5 Whole Peppers, Avocado and Lime
DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 425.
2. Cook the ground turkey.
3. While the ground turkey is cooking, cut the peppers in halves and clean out the middle of each one.
4. Set one pepper aside and finely chop.
5. When the turkey is almost finished cooking, add in the spinach and finely chopped pepper.
6. Add in the ground pepper, cayenne, paprika, chili powder, garlic and cumin.
7. Stuff each pepper half with the turkey mixture.
8. Bake for 20 minutes.
9. Add avocado and lime. Serve hot and enjoy!
