WHOLE30 STATE OF MIND - DAY 14


Chugga Chugga Choo Choo....  My state of mind today is like WTF it's only day 14! So far on my Whole30 Journey, realizing and acknowledging my bad food habbits has been exhausting.  But I know it's important and acceptance is the first step, right?  What I've learned thus far; I like to finish my kids plates, reward myself with some sort of a goodie after lunch and graze most of the day.  Whew, it has been hard to break these habbits and I'm reminded of them daily as I stop myself from reaching for a sweet.  The sugar dragon is legit.
