WHOLE30 STATE OF MIND - DAY 13
My energy level seems to be stabilizing, not energetic but not fatigued either, steady. I can't wait to get to the boundless amounts of energy stage, ohhh the tiger blood!
Interesting, or TMI you decide, I had to go pee non stop today. So I went to my trusted Dr. Google to see what the heck is going on and I found a few potential culprits; 1. Carbs cause water retention, so when eating fewer carbs your body releases the water. 2. Vegetables contain a lot of water and I'm eating boat loads of them. 3. I'm drinking a s**t ton of water.
Anywho, I hope this doesn't wake me up at night as my sleeping is on point!

2. 12 x Jump Squats
3. 2 minute bike ( recovery )

WHOLE30 - DAY 13 SNACK
SWEET POTATO CHIPS
INGREDIENTS: 2 Sweet Potatos, Olive Oil, Salt & Pepper
DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Peel sweet potatoes and slice thinly. In a large bowl, toss sweet potatoes, oilve oil and salt & pepper.
2. Place sweet potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes, then flip and bake for another 15 minutes. Enjoy!
