WHOLE30 STATE OF MIND - DAY 12


Hello Day 12!  I'm not gonna lie to you, I miss bread, cereal, milk, vino and the list goes on and on....... I swear I can smell sugar from a mile away.  Dr. Google informed me that Days 9 -11 are the most common days people quit Whole30, I figured if I can get past day 11 I'm solid, but nope, day 12 and I'm fantasizing about eating everything in my pantry and drizzling it in syrup.  Weird?  

But. I. Will. Keep. On. Truckin. On.  Only 18 days to go... but who's counting?

INGREDIENTS: Romaine Lettuce, Procuitto, Yellow Pepper, Grapes, Avocado, Tomato, Cucumber, Olive Oil, Lemon Juice and Salt & Pepper to taste
