Protein Packed Banana Bread

Banana bread is one of those classic, all-American comfort foods that fills the entire house with the best aroma and my family loves it. I'm excited to have found a healthier recipe for my growing littles that want / need food that tastes delicious and fills them up.
If you are a bread lover like me, then you (and your littles) will love this protein packed banana bread recipe it is fluffy, moist and healthy!
Ingredients
3 ripe bananas
1/3 cup grass fed organic butter
1 whole egg
1/2 cup baking stevia in the raw
pinch of salt
1 1/2 cups kodiak cakes high protein pancake/waffle mix
Recipe
mash bananas
melt grass fed organic butter
whisk whole egg
add bananas, butter and egg together & blend
add salt and kodiak cakes mix all of the ingredients together
bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees
let cool for 5 minutes, serve and enjoy!
